Refund Policy

At LAndrews.Online, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality creative work developed in close collaboration with our clients. Because projects are created with client input at every stage, final deliverables generally reflect the agreed-upon vision and scope. As such, refund requests are uncommon and are generally not processed. Instead, we are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction with the end result.


1. Project Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel a contract with LAndrews.Online at any time.

  • Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing at least 30 days in advance.

  • Any work completed prior to cancellation remains billable, and partial payments or deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Refund Requests

  • Refunds for services are generally not available, given the collaborative and customized nature of the work.

  • Requests for refunds relating to specific products, assets, or deliverables must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery and will only be considered in special circumstances, at the sole discretion of LAndrews.Online.


3. Revisions & Client Satisfaction

  • In lieu of refunds, we work directly with clients to provide revisions or adjustments within the scope of the original agreement, to ensure the final product meets expectations.

  • Any revisions beyond the original scope may be subject to additional fees.


4. Exceptions

  • Exceptions to this policy may be made in extraordinary cases where non-delivery of services or a material breach of contract has occurred.

  • Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
